TRACTION System
AC servo motor drive active traction rolls
All rolls are wrapped by sawdust belt from Germany
All rolls are positioned in Ω shape, decrease the tension influence between unwind and rewind stations
3 distributing rolls are covered by EPDM in diamond-shaped groove
Kickert spread roller from Germany, adjustable bow influences film running over it |

Cylinder controlled blades, knife groove roll, rotary shear or razor
TRIMMING COLLECTION System:
Pipe blow + rewind
Holes in Pipes are adjustable according to film’s width
2 trimming rewinding units use AC servomotor

REWIND System
Centre rewind stations,3”6” chuck, 6 stations duplex averagely
Rewind arms are made of alnico, chucks are made by special material
Independent contact roll for each station, and slips by cylinder
Cylinder’s pressure is programmeable controlled by proportional valve
Each station driven by one set AC servomotor, for wide film rewinding, pair of motor driving is realizable to increase rewind tension. |
OFFLOAD System
Rewind stations are revolved to the offload position, shift finished roll to trolley |
